    • Hopewell Township requires requester to identify themselves on the Right-to-Know Request Form – Anonymous Right-to-Know requests will not be accepted.
    • Hopewell Township Prices:
      • $.25/page: single-sided, BW, 8 ½ x 11, 8 ½ x 14*
      • $.50/page: single-sided, color, 8 ½ x 11, 8 ½ x 14
      • All other sizes are actual cost 
      • Above 1K = $.20/page
      • Prepayment is required for anything over $100.

        • Outside copying fees for blueprints
        • Redaction fees for electronic files
        • Storage media (flash drives) – If you provide your own flash drive, it needs to be in unopened packaging.
      • The office does not accept cash payments.
    • Update About Appeals 
      • Starting April 20, 2026, the OOR will no longer accept the filing of any appeals via email.  Any appeals filed electronically with the OOR must be submitted through the OOR’s online appeal portal form.  Appeals and any other documents emailed to the OOR, except for in camerarecords, will not be docketed or added to an existing appeal. Except for the submission of records for in camera review, all electronic filings and communications related to appeals must be made exclusively through the E-File Appeal Portal.   Please note that hardcopy paper filings may still be filed via U.S. mail.  Refer to the OOR’s Procedural Guidelines for additional information and guidance.
